Many sounds were processed through tape machines, classic samplers, amps, and pedals, and some were re-recorded in a 13th-century abbey for a unique character.
Each of the four sound sources has independent controls for EQ, envelope, filter, pitch, pan, level, solo, power, random, and reverse. Sample start and end points are adjustable, and users can drag and drop their own samples into any source with auto-mapping and a loop feature. The range spans multi-velocity strings to long dramatic drones, supported by 201 snapshots in categories like Showcase, Organic, and Trailer FX.
Morphing and Movement
The Movement Page offers two XY pads for dynamic sound shaping. The Source Movement pad blends the four sources by adjusting gain distribution, and the Filter Movement pad controls cutoff and resonance across all sources or per-source. Both pads support horizontal, vertical, and circular motion, with options for clockwise or counter-clockwise direction and tempo sync to your DAW or free-running mode.
This allows quick changes in timbre and texture over time. Subtle filter sweeps or complex evolving blends are possible by dragging the white dot or setting automated motion. Presets for both movement types (10 each) provide starting points, while the modulation page adds 4 LFOs and 4 envelopes that can target various source parameters for deeper control.
Modulation and Effects
The Modulation Page houses four LFO modules and four envelope modules, each assignable to a range of source parameters such as filter, pitch, and amplitude. This enables rhythmic gating, slow swells, or complex multi-parameter changes. The Effects Page includes nine global effects: Chorus, Reverb, Delay, Spatial, Distortion, Filter, Phasis, Flair, and Lofi, all applicable to the mixed output.
These effects range from subtle space to aggressive distortion, with the Lofi effect adding grit and character. The randomization feature can selectively randomize sources, filters, XY motion, modulation, effects, or everything at once, offering creative unpredictability.
