Key Capabilities
RX 12 introduces a Stems View that visually separates audio into stems using dialogue, music, and rebalance technologies, allowing precise application of repair tools onto individual elements. Music Rebalance now operates in real time as a plugin, letting you adjust the levels of vocals, bass, percussion, and other instruments within a mix, either offline or in real time.
The De-bleed module has been rebuilt with machine learning to remove bleed and interference without needing a separate reference track, and it is available as a real-time plugin. Breath Control has also been rebuilt to intelligently detect and remove breaths more accurately. Dialogue Isolate has been improved with advanced neural nets for both offline and real-time modes.
Workflow
Users can employ the module chain to combine multiple repair steps, such as de-click then de-hum. The batch processor lets you apply a collection of processes to many files at once. The spectrogram and spectral editing tools allow manual and visual repair of specific audio problems, while the repair assistant can automatically analyze and propose a chain.
